TERMS & CONDITIONS: "THE 2025 REWIND" CAMPAIGN

Effective Date: January 20, 2026 | Promoter: Destinify LLP ("Destinify")

By participating in "The 2025 Rewind" campaign (the "Campaign"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the Campaign, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: You must be 18 years of age or older as of January 20, 2026.
  • Residency: You must be a legal resident of India.
  • Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of Destinify LLP, its partners, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to participate.
  • Documents: For the Grand Prize, you must hold a valid Indian Government ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID) and be eligible to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) required for the Lakshadweep entry permit.

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

  • Start Date: January 20, 2026 (00:01 IST)
  • End Date: February 15, 2026 (23:59 IST)
  • Winner Announcement: March 1, 2026.

3. HOW TO ENTER

  • Download the Destinify App.
  • Create a profile and upload your original travel photos or videos from 2025 ("Moments").
  • Ensure your profile is set to "Public" so entries can be verified.
  • There is no limit to the number of posts, but only valid travel content will be considered.

4. PRIZE DETAILS

A. Grand Prize (3 Winners)

  • Destination: Agatti Island, Lakshadweep.
  • Duration: 4 Days / 3 Nights.
  • Inclusions:
    • - Accommodation: Standard AC Room at the resort for 3 nights.
    • - Meals: Full Meal Plan (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner).
    • - Transfers: Airport pick-up and drop-off at Agatti Airport.
    • - Activities: Agatti sightseeing, Glass boat ride to Kalpitti, Boat ride to Thinnakara/Sand Bank, Snorkeling at Coral Garden.
    • - Administrative: Heritage Fee, Entry Permit paperwork, and Medical kit for emergencies.
  • Exclusions (Winner Pays):
    • - Flights/Travel to Agatti Island: The prize covers transfers from Agatti Airport. The winner is responsible for booking and paying for their flight/ship to Agatti.
    • - Personal expenses, shopping, and additional activities not listed above.

B. Explorer Prize (7 Winners)

  • Activity: Kayaking Experience.
  • Location: Kochi or Calicut (Location assigned based on availability).
  • Exclusions: Winners must arrange their own transport to the activity location.

C. Prize Validity

  • Winners must avail of the prize within 2 months of the announcement. Specific travel dates will be announced by Destinify.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. WINNER SELECTION (THE 70/30 MODEL)

Winners will be selected based on a two-step process:

  • Step 1: The Shortlist (70% Weightage - Popularity)

    The top 20 users with the highest engagement (Likes + Saves) on their entry posts will be shortlisted.

  • Step 2: The Jury (30% Weightage - Quality)

    A Destinify Jury panel will evaluate the Top 20 shortlisted profiles. The Final 10 Winners (3 Grand Prize, 7 Explorer Prize) will be selected based on the uniqueness of the location, visual storytelling, and completeness of the travel profile. The Jury’s decision is final and binding.

6. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

  • Winners will be announced on the Destinify Instagram page and App on March 1, 2026.
  • Winners will be contacted via DM/Email. You must respond within 72 Hours to claim your prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and the next eligible runner-up will be selected.
  • Documentation: Grand Prize winners must provide a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) and valid ID (Aadhaar/License/Passport) immediately upon winning to process the Lakshadweep Permit. Failure to obtain a PCC will result in disqualification.

7. DISQUALIFICATION

Destinify reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses Bots, Fake Accounts, or Buying Likes to manipulate the leaderboard.
  • Uploads content that does not belong to them (Copyright infringement).
  • Uploads offensive, obscene, or illegal content.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

By participating, you grant Destinify LLP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your uploaded content (photos/videos) for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across social media, the app, and the website, without further compensation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Travel Risks: Winners travel at their own risk. Destinify is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during the trip/activity.
  • Force Majeure: Destinify is not liable if the trip is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, government restrictions (e.g., permit rejection), or other events beyond our control.
  • Third-Party Services: The hotel and activity providers are independent third parties. Destinify is not responsible for their service quality.

10. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

Destinify reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Campaign and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of technical failure, fraud, or any other factor beyond our control.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
